Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.1が公開されています。こちら。
こちらはMicrosoft製の家庭用ゲーム機、XBox360やMicrosoft製のMP3プレイヤーZune（日本では非発売）用のアプリケーションを開発するための開発ツールですね。
こちらもバージョンアップされていますねー。
ちなみに再配布パッケージであるMicrosoft XNA Framework Redistributable 3.1も公開されているようです。こちら。
